Our staff includes senior consultants with a broad knowledge of human resources and affirmative action compliance possessing a unique combination of legal, corporate and government experience.

Dick founded Gaucher Associates in 1994, after 20 years of experience as in-house Labor Counsel, Director of Employee Relations and Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment Law. He has more than 35 years of experience in which he has written many hundreds of Affirmative Action Programs and represented clients in more than 100 OFCCP audits.
Stan joined Gaucher Associates in 1996 after 17 years with the OFCCP as a Compliance Officer in the Midwest and as Director of Regional Operations in OFCCPs former Region I (in Boston). That is more than 40 years of AAP experience. He currently leads the firm’s Affirmative Action practice where he designs and drafts federal Affirmative Action Programs and implementation strategies, as well as represents clients in OFCCP audits.
Marian came to Gaucher Associates with more than ten years of Human Resources experience in the Healthcare and Financial Services industries. She holds an MBA, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, from Northeastern University and has more than 20 years of Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity experience. She is active in and serves as the Vice Chair of the New England Industry Liaison Group (ILG). She is a member of the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA) where she works on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Corrin joined Gaucher Associates following a first career in software engineering and internet consulting where she gained private industry experience in recruitment, hiring, performance assessment, and compensation as both an employee and manager. She now has more than a decade of Affirmative Action writing and audit experience and has been certified by World at Work as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She is responsible for the development of Affirmative Action Plans and audit representation for clients.
Tychelle joined Gaucher Associates in 2019 after more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Financial, and Legal organizations. She is responsible for our day to day business needs and ensuring that our service exceeds client expectations.
Prior to joining Gaucher Associates in 2014, Amie spent fifteen years as a Human Resources professional, advancing from generalist to manager, supporting all levels of the organization with talent management, compliance, employee relations, organizational development and total compensation. She holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. She is an active member of the local chapters of SHRM and regional Industry Liaison Group.
Heidi joined Gaucher Associates in 2013 and has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Her background includes industries in manufacturing, distribution and retail with experience in human resource management: training/development, recruitment, benefits/compensation, organizational development and performance management. With over 7 years of Affirmative Action experience, Heidi possesses a strong focus on delivering the highest customer service to our clients.
