RICHARD A. GAUCHER
Richard Gaucher, Esq. is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of
Gaucher Associates. Dick started the firm in 1994, bringing with him more than
20 years of extensive experience in all areas of labor and employment law and
labor and employee relations.
Mr. Gaucher is a 1968 graduate of St. Anselm College in
Manchester, NH, and a 1972 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in
Washington, DC. He was admitted to the Bar in the District of Columbia in 1973.
He is a member of the Bar of several U.S. Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme
Court.
Dick began his career as legislative counsel to the National
Restaurant Association in Washington, DC where he specialized in labor and
employment law issues. He spent ten years as a corporate labor attorney with
the former Howard Johnson Company and its successor, Marriott Corporation. He
also served as Employee Relations Manager for Data General Corporation of
Westboro, MA, where he handled all employment-related legal matters, including
EEO matters, the companys 18 Affirmative Action plans, the administration
of Human Resource policies, and positive employee relations programs, both
domestic and international, and as Assistant General Counsel for high-tech
defense contractor M/A-COM, Inc., where he acted in a similar capacity.
For almost 10 years, Mr. Gaucher served on the Faculty of Bentley
Colleges School of Continuing Professional Studies, where he taught
courses in Affirmative Action Plan Drafting and Sexual Harassment Law.
Dicks client activities extend to all areas of the
firms practice, with particular focus on design and drafting of
Affirmative Action plans; investigation of and assistance with employment
discrimination and wage and hour complaints; developing and implementing
positive employee relations and union avoidance strategies; developing and
directing management campaigns in union organization drives and NLRB elections;
collective bargaining negotiations, and training of management, supervisory,
and Human Resources personnel in all areas of labor and employment law.

ROBERT A. ANZALONE
Robert Anzalone is President and a Managing Partner of Gaucher
Associates. Bob came to Gaucher Associates in 2000 after more than 20 years in
corporate Human Resources, with considerable experience in such areas as
benefit design and administration, employee and labor relations, wage and hour,
employment and recruiting, compensation, employee communications, management
development and training, and many other aspects of Human Resources management.
His experience includes positions as the senior Human Resources
executive at TAC Worldwide, the largest privately held temporary and contract
labor company in the U.S.; Vice President, Human Resources at Mariner Health
Care, parent company of several business entities providing sub-acute care and
rehabilitation throughout the U.S.; Senior Associate at R.D. Gatti and
Associates, New Englands largest firm specializing in the search for and
placement of human resource professionals; Director of Human Resources at
Boston University, working in their for-profit subsidiary; Labor and Employee
Relations Manager at Howard Johnson Company, a former Fortune 500 company,
which operated over 1,000 hotels and restaurants in 42 states and employed
almost 30,000 people.
Bob is a graduate of Boston University where he received a
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management. He was also a member of
the faculty of Bentley Colleges Center for Executive and Professional
Education, where he teaches a course entitled Current Developments in
Human Resources Management.
Bobs client activities are focused in the areas of Employee
Relations, Wage and Hour, Employment Law Compliance and Human Resources
Management.

J. STANLEY KOPER
J. Stanley Koper is Senior Vice President of Gaucher Associates
and leads the firms Affirmative Action practice. Stan joined Gaucher
Associates in 1996, following two decades of Government service, the last 17
years with the U.S. Department of Labors Office of Federal Contract
Compliance Programs (OFCCP), where he held the positions of compliance officer
and Director of Regional Operations for OFCCPs Boston Region 1.
While at the OFCCP, Stan served as a member of its Task Force on
Directives and the Contract Compliance Manual, updating OFCCPs system of
policy directives. He was then selected to write a new Onsite Compliance
Review chapter for the revised Federal Contract Compliance Manual.
Subsequently, he was chosen to prepare the section on OFCCP regulations for the
agencys new compliance officer orientation program. Stan also served as a
member of the Administrative Practices work group as part of President
Clintons Reinventing Government Initiative.
Stan earned a Bachelor Degree from the University of Michigan in
Cultural Anthropology, graduating with distinction from the Universitys
Honors Program, and a Masters Degree in Urban Studies from Roosevelt
University in Chicago, Illinois. Stan also served on the faculty of Bentley
Colleges Center for Executive and Professional Education, where he taught
a course in Affirmative Action Plan Drafting.
Stans client activities center on the design and drafting of
federal Affirmative Action Plans and implementation strategies, as well as
guiding our clients successfully through OFCCP compliance reviews, conducting
mock audits of client Affirmative Action plans and recordkeeping,
and all related EEO/AA compliance requirements, including review or drafting of
related policies and procedures and all employment-related forms.

ANNE ROGAN
Anne Rogan joined Gaucher Associates as a Senior Consultant in
1995 following 8 years of experience as a paralegal in both law firm and
corporate legal department settings. Anne is a graduate of Rivier College in
Nashua, NH where she received a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies in
1987.
Anne began her professional career as a paralegal in 1987 with the
Boston law firm of Gaston & Snow, where she was heavily involved in public
and private offerings. She also spent two years in the corporate law department
of Posternak, Blankstein and Lund in Boston, where she handled a wide variety
of business law matters.
Anne gained corporate experience at M/A-COM, Inc., now a
subsidiary of Tyco International, in its corporate legal department, with
particular focus on corporate, environmental and employment-related legal
matters. While at M/A-COM, she was responsible for preparing the companys
many Affirmative Action Plans. She worked closely with HR personnel at all
levels on data tracking, generation, and analysis as well as Affirmative Action
Plan design and implementation. She has participated in OFCCP audits and
management training in Affirmative Action.
Her client activities are primarily focused on the design and
drafting of federal Affirmative Action Plans and assisting clients through
OFCCP compliance audits.  |

MARIAN D. BIRELEY
Marian Bireley joined Gaucher Associates, Inc. in June of 2002 and
is a Senior Consultant. Prior to GAI, Marian was employed by John Hancock over
a ten-year period and held a number of positions within the human resources and
pension areas focusing on information systems management, health and welfare
benefits, affirmative action/ equal employment opportunity and workforce
diversity, employee relations, compensation and recruitment.
Marian holds an MBA from Northeastern
University with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
The focus of Marians work at Gaucher Associates is in
affirmative action compliance.

JULIE A. GOODALE
Julie Goodale has been the Business Manager at Gaucher Associates
since April 2004. Before joining the company, Julie was employed in corporate
legal and human resource departments where she held various positions.
She has over 25 years of experience with equal employment
opportunity, employment litigation and human resource compliance.
Julie holds an Associates Degree from Massasoit Community College
and is also a Certified Paralegal, having completed her studies at Northeastern
University.
At Gaucher Associates, Julie is involved in the day-to-day
operation of the business and special projects.
